July 12, 2016 at 7:03 pm #949370Hello,
I have installed the QuickStart package and I am trying to understand how the main menu of this template is handled. It is linked with two modules, but one is "trashed" and no matter what I do, I don’t know how to remove it and get it replaced by another one. Setting up a new menu doesn’t work event if I assign "position 7" for the module.
It seems then the main horizontal menu is not related to any module.
Can someone please explain how it works ?
Thank you for your help.

July 13, 2016 at 2:24 am #949423Hi
I checked your site , The main menu is the Mega menu that is selected from the Template options > Navigation Tab .
I saw on your site its working fine .
Here is complete documentation of the menu system in the template .For position-7 , you can give me details , as i can see there is nothing published on this postion .

July 13, 2016 at 6:47 am #949478Thank you for your answer, this seems much clearer then. Well I have to do a multilingual website. So to translate the main menu to other languages should I duplicate the main menu and create the French version for exemple, will this be handled automatically as it does when using the native menu-menu module way of displaying menus in joomla ?
Thank you for your help.

July 13, 2016 at 7:04 am #949482Hi
In case you have a multilanguage site , You need to create separate Mega menu for this .
One main menu for EN one for FR as an example .
Then duplicate a template style from template options , use it for FR language items and select FR main menu in the Mega menu .
This way you can use it in multilanguage site .1 user says Thank You to Pankaj Sharma for this useful post

July 13, 2016 at 10:05 am #949612Ok, so then you mean I have to duplicate the template from the "template: Styles" section of joomla ? (please check the enclosed picture).
