I see the idea behind the new support feature that Joomlart are preparing, but one thing I am wondering is how much will it cost?

I appreciate the concept, but having to pay for my template club and then having to pay for the support is not what I and most others will want.

Is the price of support going to be included within the template or extension club plans?

Hi there,

We will still keep the current support system for our paid members. The new system will stand on its own. It is applied for anything Joomla related, it will not be limited to just for our products only.

The fee 30$ is yearly fee, and it not a monthly payment. This money WILL NOT be JoomlArt’s asset. It’s your deposit in the system where you’ll pay to whoever you think they deserve for. We are not gonna get any benefits of it.

Ahh right, well this might help out when it comes to styling VM with JA templates. I’ll give it a go though as it might help with other things that I can’t post here
