Hello,
I am using sidebar scrolling from following link:

My question is that I am using two sidebar with same code, same CSS or everything is same. There are no changes at all. However only one sidebar scrolls and another doesn’t.
I am using everything same, including coding, texts, ul, li. Everything is same at all.

I actually want only one to scroll and don’t want another to scroll. I am just curious why only scrolls and another doesn’t.
