    Look like these thing located in db. It’s mean you can check it at your backend.
    Or you can update us with your backend for checking.

    Hello you can change the word department from language file .
    Go to languageen-GBen-GB.tpl_ja_medicare.ini

    find >> Department and change it as per you need . see this >>> http://prntscr.com/4npiop
