Hallo,
since I upgraded to Joomla 3.5.0 both distances in the bottom field gets too much..
I had the custom.css with
.t3-footer.container {
padding-top: 10px;
padding-bottom: 10px;
}
.footer-info {
min-height: 0;
}
.t3-copyright { display: none; }

Joomla updates does not effect the template style .
I checked your site All footer modules are using same width > > > http://prntscr.com/aorf02
Could u check it again and share details differences . You can take example from template demo site

I did not found any issue in the footer position , they are looks fine.
