I love the Kyanite II template and am making a port of my current school website (ocsi.org) to it.

Everything’s going great, I’m learning all about Joomla through the experience, but I have a problem I can’t solve.

I want to put in a module on the right side, just exactly like the “About Us” module that is on the Kyanite II demo page. It has a picture of a guy holding a business card in it, and then some text below.

Looking at the source code, it looks like this is a module called ‘hilite’ but I can’t find it anywhere. I’ve even downloaded other template packages to see if one of those includes it.

Anyone know where the hilite module is, or if I’m wrong about that being the right module, which one I should use?

Hello tracybezner!

First, I must to take care of the module positions which supported on the template. You can see those positions in there http://www.joomlart.com/templates_club/club_portfolio/ja-kyanite.html

Next, How many modules used in the template? where did they install? with what are postions?.

Next, You try to access your administrator, go to the module manager, you can see them.

hilite is a prefix class support display block with many difference styles.

The About us box is using the custom module.

Thank you for pointing out which module the “About Us” box is on the Kyanite II template.

I realize now that the reason I hadn’t figured that out is the mod_custom module is not installed.

I’ve done two re-installs Joomla 1.5.15, and two re-installs of the Kyanite II template each time I’ve re-installed.

I’ve tried to install the module now about 30 times with no success.

Any ideas?
