Can anyone tell me how to add background image on module positon user8/user9? Which file should I alter?

Hi sugiarto !
You can do it following way below :
Open template.css file in templates/ja_teline_ii/css folder, add following code section to that file :

.ja-box-left .moduletable {
background:url(../images/);
}

.ja-box-right .moduletable {
background:url(../images/);
}
