As title.
I add a new custom html module at the top of template.But,it can’t show.

What way should I do to add the custom html at the top of template?

you willl see the position in this url http://joomla16-templates.joomlart.com/ja_teline_iv/?tp=2

with respect to that you need assign the position for the Custom html module
