What is The right way to add Google font to ThemeMagic/Typo/Font Family/Custom font ?
For example: I want to use “Open Sans” like Custom font?
What to do?

I can add:
@import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,600,700,800&subset=latin,latin-ext);
to beginning (top) of :
/templates/ja_t3v3_blank/css/custom.css
and then use for:
ThemeMagic/Typo/Font Family/Custom font
this
‘Open Sans’, sans-serif

It works OK.

But, is there an easier way without changing custom.css?
