I have install Hindi , when i add Hindi word like
अभिन्यास and save, it becomes “?????????????”

please help how to add UTF-8 characters

Hello Raj
unfortunately hindi language pack is not provide by joomla.
you can some third party extension to translate the site on front end.

I have installed Purity III quickstart package , it creates SQL table in latin1_swedish_ci format so i cant add local language text like ,if I add local text(utf8_general_ci) it saves in ?????????? ,

please tell me how to create SQL table utf8_general_ci format so i can add local language text
