How can I simply add a field within the Advanced Custom Module / Footer with the Uber / Gym template. as currently there is no Instagram.

What is the php file to edit, what is the code, what line?

You have to make changes in the acm footer style file .

I could not get it to work in the 3-step instructions. Maybe it was because the 2nd step configure.xml file was empty and was no code to replace as instructed.
