In article/blog layout it appears a line informing my readers about the date an article was posted and the editor. I would like to add the TIME this article was published.

How can I do this? I noticed when searching about this at Article Manager: Options that there isn’t an option. Possibly, can I change the .php file?

You replace the code from /language/en-GB/en-GB.ini

DATE_FORMAT_LC3="d F Y"
with

DATE_FORMAT_LC3="d F Y H:i"
You remember clear cache by delete all of files of /cache.
