and second where do I find it? I tried to download it on joomla.org but I couldnt

Try each of those – I believe what you are showing there is the Suckerfish menu.

Hi,
I tried exactly as you said but every time i do that and save, it goes back to the default setting again.
Any ideas?

Maybe you forgot to make params.ini (in the template directory) writable?
CHMOD the file to 646 and try again.
