I am looking in the CSS to find the parameter for aligning the total website at the top of the page.

Unfortunately I cannot find the parameter.

Can anybody help me?

I understand. in the template.css file you can scroll down to the header section around line 864 and on 876 and you can make the changes there. be sure to back the file up prior to editing.
