I working on Business Directory site by JA Directory, i would like to know how to allow users create accounts and add one K2 item to their companies?

Hi,

It will depend on the access control list of K2 users system in K2 component. You can check it via: Admin Panel > Components > K2 > Users / Users Group and K2 Parameters > Permission settings.
