i would like to build a page for products like:

what is the best way to do it in theme uber?

using k2!

the payment page, should i use k2 cart ? is there on page checkout for k2 cart?

JA Brickstore is completely different design then JA Uber also you can see the Brickstore template support this style for Virtualmart . If you would like to do the same design from Virtualmart products to K2 .
You will have to heavy custom works .
You can download the JA Brickstore template or install quickstart package , Check the PHP files for Virtualmart component in /html folder in the template and it is defined . Then you can recode the K2 layout files to give this design .
To check the style code you can use inspect element or firebug from browser tool .
You can also check it with the K2 support team to redesign the K2 items .

I suggest you hire a developer for this work because of its heavy custom work in PHP and CSS.
