in general no, you can waste time installing a javascript to disable right mouse clicking and using the pop up menu to copy etc, but with most browsers supporting “save as” you can grab the whole page, if you dont want it copied don’t put it on the web sadly

Also programs like webzip can usually dl the whole site folde structure and images etc
If you wish to pay money there are some security things around that encode the page and decode on th efly but most ppl dont bother
