August 9, 2012 at 8:47 pm #179809I am using Template JA Tiris. I had to widen the template slightly and now the 3 Sidenews modules are no longer centred. They are tending towards the left. Please can someone tell me how to centre them.

Please post your site url here and set Compress CSS in Template manager to No and, if possible, screenshot of what you wanna achieve, I shall help you out.

August 10, 2012 at 8:57 pm #463904Hi
I hope I have attached the file for you to see what I am referring to. I have set Optimise CSS to NO – I hope I have it right.
Unfortunately I cannot give you a URL yet because the site is still on my WAMP server and not live yet.
You will see in the image that the 3 blocks of Sidenews are positioned slightly to the left. This is because I had to make the template wider than the default size. I would like to centre them on the new width.

August 15, 2012 at 2:00 am #464237Hi helenschormann again,
Please go to file: templatesja_tiriscssmod_jasidenews.css, at approx line 14, look for this code :
div.ja-sidenews-wrap {
bottom: 0;
left: 30px; <<<< increase to your desired value
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
position: absolute;
z-index: 100;
}
Clean all cache and let me know if this helps 🙂1 user says Thank You to Saguaros for this useful post
