I think I have successfully installed JA Bookshop and Mijoshop but my site is showing as a Showcase & Portfolio site instead of a Ecommerce site. Can anyone advise me how to change it to a Ecommerce site?

Please go to administrator->Menus->Main Menu and set menu “Shop (Alias: mijoshop)” as default. See screenshort for reference:
