Is it possible to get like a frame “beside” of the content so it looks likte for an example this side (the blue background beside get this site look like it´s made of “paper”… Is it possible if I use JA Teline?

Where did you get the template from? As an unlicensed member you are not allowed to use it – and so you get no support. Become a member and you get every help you need.
