The default category IDs within the "Latest Reviews" module (position 5) are "Albums" and "Audio."

How can I change it to where it is just "Albums" – with no "Audio" accordion option?

Hi Tom
This module loads other module in it . You can open the Latest Review module and see the position name : ja-muzic-review Here http://prntscr.com/akyava
To disable the Audio module :
Open Module manager > Select Position > ja-muzic-review > Disable Audio Module > http://prntscr.com/akybdw
