    Hi, I just want to be able to change the header background color to #990033. I have tried modifying the template.css file but no luck getting the header to show the desired color. Please help.

    Try This . . . .

    Within file path —> /templates/uber/acm/header/css/style.css
    at line 1262, you will see the following:

    .uber-header.header-8.dark-color {
    background-color: #27292a;
    }

    Modify the color code as follows:

    .uber-header.header-8.dark-color {
    background-color: #990033;
    }

    SAVE CHANGE – CLEAR CACHE – REFRESH PAGE

    Hope That Helps.

    Hi TomC
    I did the change on this one and it worked fine. I also changed the footer color to match the header color BUT here when you pay close to attention, the header seems of darker shade even though I have used the same code for both (#990033). How can I fix this? I appreciate your help.

    This is the footer code that i used to change the color:
    .uber-footer {
    background: #990033
    color: #96a1a3

    Is this the background color you WANT for your footer?

    .uber-footer {
    color: #96a1a3;
    }
