    Try This . . . .

    If you haven’t yet done so, create a new file called “custom.css” within file path –> /templates/ja_medicare/css/

    Within that custom.css file, paste the following CSS rule:


    .ja-masthead::after {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #3498db;
    content: "";
    height: 100%;
    left: 0;
    opacity: 0.9;
    position: absolute;
    top: 0;
    width: 100%;
    z-index: 1;
    }

    Change the color code within the “background” property to whatever color you wish.

    Do me a favor and temporarily set “Optimize CSS” to “Off” within your Template Manager–General settings
