I cant find where to change the grey color on the main navigation bar. If i change it to the orange theme or any other color only the active menu button will change color and the rest stays grey. I wanted to chage the grey to say orange so the whole nav bar is orange. Please direct me to where it is.

Hi there, You will find the file that needs changes is mega.css in templates/ja-portfolio/css/menu

If you are using the orange color theme, you will find the file in templates/ja-portfolio/core/themes/orange-color/css/menu

The color #F79140 is the orange one.

The color #313435 is the darker grey

The color #525253 is the lighter grey.

I edited the mega.css a number of times and removed all 525253 and 313435 from the file and still the main nav is grey I also edited the Orange color menu which only allows for the active color to be changed.

So no grey color at all in my mega.css files but there it is.

This has happened before where code has been put in different places and it is like an easter egg hut trying to find out how to alter items.

any ideas?

Nevermind I found it … Like you i thought that a menu item should be in the menu css files, but it is in template.css under navigation.

Oh well… it seems things have got moved around in the past 4 months and its getting harder to edit.
