I want to change the themes of Ja Orisite. How do I have to do that?

If you mean how to change to one of the others that are supplied as part of the template then you can do this in Template Manager, Profiles and pick which one you want from the list along the top

If you want to be able to pick from the cpanel on the front page you need to ensure that you have “Show” in the Options also in Profiles.

I don’t understand your idea clearly. If you want to change default theme, you login backend > extensions > ja_orisite > Profiles tab > Default > change Theme Settings of Advanced Settings section
