    Hi all !

    Change logo image is quite easy. Please follow these steps:

    1. Upload logo image to templates//images folder.

    2. Open template.css file in templates//css folder, find code section like :

    h1.logo a {
    background:transparent url(../images/logo.gif) no-repeat scroll 0 0;
    ....................
    }

    replace logo.gif text by your logo image name.

    Note : With Joomla 1.0.x Please open template_css.css file .

    NOTE: Filename or location may be slightly different if you are not using the default colour scheme.

    I need help,

    I have downloaded ja ruby. I want to change the logo, so I followed your instructions and did this:

    h1.logo a {
    display: block;
    background: url(../images/ghertz.png) no-repeat top left;
    width: 2980px;
    height: 66px;

    But nothing appears, could someone explain why?

    Thanks.

    I just refreshed page and now its there 🙂

    I have another problem now, its overlapping the top menu, how do I move it?

    Also make sure you are using the same format…ie png or gif or jpeg in your image and css instructions

    My image is saved in .png format.

    I think it may be because my logo is 298 by 66 pixels.

    Whats the maximum size for a logo in ja ruby?
