Hello

I have few questions regarding JA Teline IV

1) How to change logo size to 250 X 93 and remove mouse hover from it.
2) How to change title, description of the page?

For your logo, put the following CSS rule within your custom.css file . . .


h1.logo a {
background: url("/templates/ja_teline_iv/images/logo.png") no-repeat scroll left top rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
display: block;
height: 93px;
width: 250px;
}

Depending on how you want the overall display of your logo to look, you may also want to put the following CSS rule into your custom.css file . . .


h1.logo {
height: 93px;
margin-top: 40px;
width: 250px;
}

What “title/description of page” are you referring to?

What / Which “title/description of page” are you referring to?

I tried to follow the above instruction to add our own logo which is 241×44. I created a custom.css with the two codes you provided above and saved it in telinetemplatesja_teline_ivcss folder. However, the logo is still being cut from the right side about 20-30 pixels.

Also, when I move the mouse cursor on it, the logo jumps down a few pixels (this is the place the logo should be).

Sorry, for all the questions. I am new to Joomlart templates and there is a lot to learn or understand. I am still confused about the menu and text separator but will ask questions related to them in separate posts. Thanks.

The correct file path should be . . . /templates/ja_teline_iv/css/custom.css

I’m viewing your site now and the logo doesn’t appear to be “cut off” at all.
Can you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

What browser are you viewing your site in?
Again, this is not occurring for me in viewing your site (Firefox)

Thanks so much, Tom although I am a little confused now. I am not sure what site you are looking at but our site is not online yet; we are still developing it on localhost.

As for logo bouncing, I was able to fix it by following instructions here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/logo-moves-to-mouseover/. The only problem is, the logo appears to be a little too much to the top edge. The (bounced logo while hovering) was a little below it and that’s where it looked perfect.

Unfortunately – without being able to view your site, and your specific issue – it is difficult to provide the most concise recommendation for your issue.

Can you not upload your site to your webhost server and provide the url via private message?
