these colours are managed with JA News2 module.

just add colour to your section IDs

    <blockquote>13:red
    14:orange
    8:deepblue
    12:cyan
    5:green
    9: pink
    11:lime

If you want to change your Frontpage to other (in your case red) colour, you can simply copy code from
    templatesja_teline_iiicsscolorstheme-red.css
    to
    templatesja_teline_iiicsscolorstheme.css

you will see what code when you open these files, or, make one copy of theme-red.css file and rename it in theme.css, than overwrite old theme.css file…

Open JA Tabs module, than Advanced parameters and change Tab Style to teline_iii style in drop down list…

first, you have to setup your Tab module like this:

    Module parameters
    Advanced Parameters

    1. module-parameters
    2. advanced-parameters

Than publish JA Tabs module on col-mass1 position. So you placed tab module on position on top right of your site.

Next, you create new module as you wish, like login module or something else, than you publish that new module on ja-tabs position. so you place your new module in ja tab module…

    edit:

i see your site, you placed two modules in tabs but with no content or they are not configured.

I always try my site on localhost.. you should do the same, install wamp server and quick start, than you will be able to see all modules configuration and tipography..

When you install the Quickstart-version locally, you have all the exemples at hand. Just open the module and see how it is set up.
