This doesn’t work, also, my joomla version is 3.2, can’t seems to find it

Same location for ANY version of Joomla.

yourdomain.com/templates/ja_mitius/ and drop your favicon.ico there using an ftp programme. For the backend its yordomain.com/administrator/templates/whichevertemplate/
