I have changed the menu using Section however when I click on the Menu there is a further heading (just for information purposes). See attached. Where can I change this. Thank you for your help

I hope it is a Page title in the parameters tab of your Tools & calculators edit Menu page.

Please check there. If not Please post your site url with admin details.
