In JA Opal, the main menu is displayed in CAPITAL letters. How can I change this to be normal running letters instead of all capital letters?
Please help

It looks like you will have several areas to change the font. For instance your menu css folders and your template css folders.
The code you are looking for is similar to this one:

Inherited froma#menu53.menu-item1 index.php?…&Itemid=53
#ja-cssmenu li a:hover, #ja-cssmenu li a:active, #ja-cssmenu li a:focus {ja.moomenu.css (line 91)
color:#FFFFFF;
}
#ja-cssmenu li a {ja.moomenu.css (line 80)
color:#888888;
font-size:110%;
font-weight:bold;
text-decoration:none;
text-transform:uppercase;
}
