It is still not working.

I want to CHANGE ‘NEWS" to "Prescription Chi Gong"

I went to Menu, go to NEWS, but I cannot edit the word NEWS, their submenus I can edit

You do not need to go to Menu items , go to Menu Manager
You can manage them from Menu > Manage tab > http://prntscr.com/9ze75n

You mean I can only ADD a MENU, but cannot EDIT an existing MENU

Did u read documentation link and check out my screenshot ?
Its too simple you just need to click on menu check box and then edit like this > Menu > Manage tab > Select the Menu > click on checkbox then > EDIT TAB . >> http://prntscr.com/9zniul
