    but if I do not Enable URL optimization in sh404sef,the menu translation is come back.

    That is correct, your problem is resolved!

    Note: you should clear all cache after change, add/edit anything in back-end then you can see change on front-end soon.

    May be conflict between sh404SEF with Joomfish. Please get support from sh404SEF or Joomfish. Because in fact, it is issue of third party and i think they can help you best.
