Hello, my time is currently displaying GMT and I don’t quite understand why. I am on Eastern Time and it is set as so in my global settings.

    Any idea how I can correct this?

    Thank You so much!

    GMT is correct… GMT stands for Greenwich Mean Time… which is a world standard for time, time zones, ect… i.e. GMT -05:00 is EST

    Also know that the time is that which the site was last updated… not the current time.

    Oh, I feel ridiculous now. LOL! Thanks for getting back with me about it. The time is still off (for when last updated though). Can you tell me how to change it to -5 as it should be.

    Thanks again!

    Dear all

    Hello guy!

    Here is the solution:

    Please open the file: templatesja_seleni_iiilibja.template.helper.php and try to find code in the getLastUpdate() function :
return gmdate(“h:i:s A”, $sec+$tz).’ GMT’
and replace:
$tz=-5*3600; return gmdate(“h:i:s A”, $sec+$tz).’ GMT’
Good luck
