To me having this in the language files makes perfect sense. It is when you think about it a settin that was on the admin side in earlier releases. However JA have now made it possible for the message to appear in multiple languages with ease. It simply makes sense but for new users it can be hard to find. Here JA do need to think about how users finde these details to make usability a little more intuitive.
