The footer area mainly carries copyright text which can be changed as per JA Developer’s suggestion here::

I think Tom is asking where is the file to be changed, the file location please, I have the same question. How to modify JA business footer, which file we need to modify? thanks.

You are JATC standard holder, so that you are NOT allowed to remove JA copyright links unless you purchase extra fees of $40/domain.
