If the Categories Menu has 3 levels of menu items, it will shows them all in mobile view, which is not user friendly as this is too long. If I set only showing 2 levels, then user can not see the level 3.

it is better to show a sign at level 2 when there are level 3 menu items so user can click to see or hide. you demo has such sign, but when click, noting happen.

but my site has no such sign for level 2 at all.

Hi,

You’re right, in mobile view, JA Megastore will show a menu module (for categories) in off-canvas which shows all menu levels there. However, the feature you mentioned is not available now, you will need to customize to achieve that.
