        Thank you for your response. I am sorry to make your confuse. I can't found the ThemMagic button, Magamenu button or another button in my template when I click template to edit style like your documents and the old version 
      Please suggest me more detail.

Not in older JAt3v2 framework based templates.

  What is JA University template T3 based template or JAt3v2 framework base template?

I just download form you website (filename : Joomla_Templates_Joomla_3.6_amp_2.5_JA_T3v2_Framework.zip)
and installed in my server. When editing a template, the page will display as an attached image.
If this file didn’t correct, please send new file for me.

JA University based on T3 frameworks is latest and responsive template with new features and the older one is based on an older framework using JAt3v2 that is no responsive and fewer features.
In your screenshot its older JA University template.
