Hello,

the mainreason i renew my membership was the rpxplugin. I was sure, that the Joomlart is better then other….

Now i cannot see where to configure anything. I don´t want my users login via Yahoo, AOL or Open ID. I want to have Facebook, Twitter and Google to login, the rest doesn´t matter in Germany.

And when i try to login via Google or Yaho, it shows me “Invalid Parameter: token_url domain not in whitelist”

Can somebody explain me, how i can configure it and solve the problems?

Firstly when using this plugin you might already registered and have a Janrain account, if not yet you can signup an account here https://rpxnow.com, after signing up you go to the Ja janrain plugin back-end to make a proper settings follow the guide here http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Comment/Administration

After sign up an account at https://rpxnow.com/ you can login with your account and in the account setting you would be able to choose a provider (facebook, yahoo..) whether or not showing

In your account setting at https://rpxnow.com/ you navigate to Deployment >> Application settings there it has a field name Domain Whitelist and you would need to enter your domain there.

I hope you can make a proper setting by yourself 🙂

Thank you.
I followed the instructions, but now it shows: “Server under OpenID could not be found”. Maybe it takes a time until it performs well? :((

– I made an rpxnow account
– Creates applications for Twitter, Facebook and Google
– Put my page on the white list
– Configured the sign-in
– Add the adress and ID to my Joomla plugin

Do i forget anything?

Which Rpx Application you added to the plugin ? I think you can try to leave this field empty with only Rpx ApiKey is fine.

If that does not help you can pm me the Rpx ApiKey and I shall check it for you.

Thank you very much for your help.
I made the mistake to copy the API Key into Janrain without deleting the whitespace.

Then Google, Twitter and Flickr login worked well then, except Facebook:

I think i forgot to adding my website to the Facebook-application. But after i changed it, none of the four Login´s worked. Everyone shows <blockquote>The token URL or xdReceiver has not been whitelisted</blockquote>

But i already have whitelistet my site and it worked well before.

UPDATE
The problem with the whitelist das been solved, but when i login with Twitter, Google or Flickr it doesn´t login and show “login” again…. The problem with Facebook hasn´t been solved too.

Have you disabled using JA Janrain ? I took a look but did not see the box appeared, You can pm me your admin account and the API Key if possible, I may need further checking on this.

The biggest problem is solved. In the plugin “register new user” must be acitivated.

Only Facebook allready doesn´t work well.

After i made a new Facebook-Api for Janrain, i have forgotten to include my webpage in the right field.
