October 20, 2014 at 8:10 pm #202276How does one configure the Joomshopping Categories menu-page so that it shows only specific categories?
No matter what Category ID is typed, it seems it’s always the same page with all the categories listed.

October 21, 2014 at 3:36 am #553686Thanks Pavit,
Is this the right webpage to get the update? http://www.webdesigner-profi.de/joomla-webdesign/joomla-shop/downloads/updates.htmlIf so, which update?
*Component Update 4.0.0 -> 4.1.0
or
*Component Update 4.6.1 -> 4.7.0
?
Or is there an update in the Joomlart site?

November 3, 2014 at 7:19 am #553900Hi Pavit,
It’s a shame much of this thread disappeared with the recent Joomlart dataloss. May we continue trying to find a solution?The original question was: How does one configure the Joomshopping Categories menu-page so that it shows only specific categories?
To summarize progress until now:
1) The JoomShopping extension in the original Fixel download needs to be updated. That has been done.
Although I’m now able to select with category it showcases, if it’s any category other than the main (sub, etc), it loses its Fixel layout.
How can I keep the proper Fixel layout and show other types of categories?

You should select as template style Ja_Fixel-Home for your new menu items – not important which category are you showing

November 5, 2014 at 12:54 pm #554269Hi Pavit,
As I mentioned in my private message, any category other than the main category (i.e. sub-categories, etc) scrambles the Fixel-layout. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem and keep all categories with the Fixel layout functional? -
