I have a multilanguage site- “en” and “tw”. “tw” is default. but when I click “home” menu in tw version, it always direct to en homepage. I want to customize link of tw “home” to “index.php?lang=tw”, how to do?

I’m not sure what you did configure on your site, thus it is hard to guess what might cause the problem on your site.

From what you mentioned, I think it relates to System – Language Filter and System – Language Code option which need to be enabled, see this screenshot:
