If you do not have already a custom.css file in this folder /templates/ja_magzII/css/ then create a new one and add following code

.t3-copyright .nav-stacked > li {
float: left;
margin-top: 2px;
padding-right: 10px;
}

I’m assuming you want to publish your menu module in footer position .
