    Problem solved

    file: header.php

    I need to create a new module position in Kyanite II template
    I need to put a module between Logo and Search modules.
    I updated templateDetails.xml with new position <position>topmenu</position>,
    updated template.css file. I can see my new position when I create a new module, but it’s not visible on template preview yet.

    Threads on Joomla say drop this code to index.php.
    <jdoc:include type=”modules” name=”topmenu” style=”xhtml” />

    Kyante II template is different. What code should I put and where to have it done?

    Thank you

    I think you will hjave to find the layout block that holds the area you want your new module and put it there (header, main, footer) under templates/layouts/blocks rather than index.php
