I noticed that it is possible to have custom category image and title, but I don’t know how to create it?

Is it a banner? Category title with image? Can please someone explain how to create one like this on my site.

You can do with JA Masshead module:

1) You make new postion on JA Erio Template.

+ Config(Configuration Conditions) with format
