Now, i used template JA Nuevo and I want create menu same homepage ofJoomlart.
Main Menu scrolling page to top and then fix.

Hi

You can apply my solution below + Open templates/ja_nuevo/tpls/blocks/header.php file find and change <header id="t3-header" class="wrap t3-header"> to <header id="t3-header" class="wrap t3-header navbar-fixed-top">

• Open templates/ja_nuevo/css/custom.css file and add new rule .navbar-fixed-top { position: fixed; right: 0; left: 0; background: #fff ; }

If you do not have already a custom.css file then you will need to create a new one

Sorry but i cannot understand correctly what you mean, code i gaved above will sticky main menu exactly like Joomlart website , if you are asking something different than this it should be considered a new template feature and it will require a custom work to modify standard code , you can ask for a quotation HERE

I did as you guide but not same.

The code you suggested only fix position menu.

I want to scroll down below it fixed mainmenu and scroll top it show position topbar (mail, phone, … language…) same http://wbcvn.vn/.

What you are asking is not doable with Ja_Nuevo template , it will require a customization to create new modules positions and new code

What you can see on Joomlart website is done using Uber template and acm topbar module

You can see it on one of the demo sites HERE

So i can suggest to switch your template on Uber and make it as you need.
