Hi,

JA Builder supports the ‘Anchors’ option for each block so that you can add Anchor tags: http://prntscr.com/e9f2uw

Then simply add this tag for your desired item: http://prntscr.com/e9f3g4, it will point to that anchor.

You can create a new menu item with type of External URL and add the anchors into the ‘Link’ parameter, see below screenshot:

Please consider adding a feature to allow create menu items without creating menu in joomla. just click in the builder to add a menu item text and link.
