I want to create two different shops within a JA Fixel template. I want to create one shop for Dealers/Wholesalers and the another one for the direct customers?

Also I want to keep different Logins for each shop.

I am afraid the feature you mentioned is beyond scope of our support. We just used jshopping for page “Shop” only.

Why do not you create a new JS Menu Item with a diferent JS category?
Ok it has the same owner and same admin site but…

I read your post twice.
You can create level groups to specify who may acces a Menu Item.

…or even better solution:
what about specifying it in JS/Options/User groups? You also may add discount % there
