Dear JaTube forum members,

When I add options to JaTube menu, the Top and the Main menues are the same.

How to have a different top and main (ocassionaly at the left side) menues?

Go to your Module Manager and open the mod_mainmenu that is published to the Top position. Under Menu Name select a different menu.

Thank you for your quick answer. BUT I still dont get it how to doit in an new Web site:

In the Module Manager:

I have one module called “Main Menu” position: left Type: mod_mainmenu
(The first I created that I see the same in the top and in the left pane)

I have created another module called “Top Menu” position: Top Type: mod_mainmenu
Then I make it active

BUT nothing happened. :((

I have see the modules postions and the Top menu its refered as ja-menu in
http://www.joomlart.com/templates_club/club_portfolio/ja_tube.html

BUT ja-menu is not a valid (or available) position.
I also tested using the /index.php?tp=1 to see the Positions. BUT there is no position for the top menu.
Tested at http://template15.joomlart.com/ja_tube//index.php?tp=1 and also in my web site.

What do you suggest me to do?

Ahhh… what you are referring to as the Top menu is actually the ‘main nav’ area and is not a position at all. To change which menu is displayed here open your Template Manager and change the menu settings.
