Hi,

is there any possibility to disable the SA T3 page cache for one single page only?

The critical part of the page is a special task of a component and shown in the main content area. All other tasks of this component require caching.

The Cache Exclude List seems to work by position or component only.

Exclude the main content area from caching is obviously not a good idea.
Exclude by component would exlude the other (slow and static) tasks too.

This is impossible. As you can see, our framework only support to exclude cache for position and component. Please try to search for a 3rd party extension as you need at: http://extensions.joomla.org/.
