    Hi everybody,

    I would like to share you a solution about how to disable main body in home page only.

    Before giving you the solution I want you kindly read these 2 concepts in the wiki

    1) Layouts concept : http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/Guides#Layouts
    2) Profiles concept : http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/Guides#Profiles
    well done :), now go to the configuration of the template

    1) click the Layout tab item and you look at the row #1

    Like:
    ——–
    1 | Default | Edit | Clone
    ———

    Click the “Clone” button (to create a duplicate of default layout), you will see a alex box appear, enter the “default – home” text into this box. when done, you have a new row having the layout name is “default-home “, click to the Edit Button inside this row, and try finding the code in the appearing box:

    <blocks name=”middle” colwidth=”33″ main-inner=”3″>
    <block name=”right1″>left</block>
    <block name=”right2″>right</block>
    </blocks>

    replace:

    <blocks name=”middle” colwidth=”33″ main-inner=”3″>

    </blocks>

    and then click the Save button of the box

    2) Click the “Profiles” tab item, you will see list of profiles displaying below this tab:

    Like:
    —-
    * Default | * google-font | * green-color | * grey-color | * red-color | * violet-color

    Click to the “Default” profile and using the clone function to create a new profile named “default-home“. when done, you click to the “default-home” profile. you scroll down and look at the Layout settings => the “Desktop Layout” parameter, you choose the “default-home” option

    3) Click the “Global” tab item, look at the “Profile Override Settings” panel

    a ) In the page column: click “Click to add” text and chose the “Home” option
    b) in the Profiles column: click the Orange box , you choose the “default-home ” option
    c) Click to the save button to complete all

    4) Access the configuration of the Home menu and set the following parameters:
    ————
    # Leading 0
    # Intro 0
    Columns 0
    # Links 0
    —-
    and choose “No” for the Show page Title parameter . And then go back the front-page to test this
